A DUPLEX, TWO HOMES, ONE BIG TRANSFORMATION

This project was a true top-to-bottom transformation. My friend lives in one side of this duplex and rents out the other, so the goal was to create a home that felt modern, comfortable, and completely his own — while also making a smart investment in the property.

We updated just about everything: new flooring, fresh drywall, updated bathrooms, and a completely transformed kitchen with beautiful green cabinetry that brought some personality into the space. The result is a home that feels fresh, modern, and inviting without losing the practicality needed for a rental property.
