From space planning and mood boards to kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and finish selections, I can help pull the whole house together. Need something more detailed? I can also provide FF&E schedules, product links and specifications, SketchUp renderings and contractor-ready information, and can work directly with your contractor when needed to help keep the design moving.

***Pricing is based on a typical residential investment property and project scope. Larger homes, extensive renovations, major layout changes, or additional design needs may require an adjusted fee. I'll review the property and scope with you before we get started so there are no surprises.***

  • Absolutely. You don't need to come to me with a perfectly formed Pinterest board and a list of paint colors. Part of my job is helping you figure out what you like, what will work in your space, and where to go from there.
