TURNING AN OLD BARN INTO SOMETHING NEW

This family had a vision for turning an old barn into a charming little income property — essentially creating an ADU-style rental from a long, narrow space that needed a little creative thinking.

The goal was to make it clean, bright, comfortable, and rental-friendly, with just a hint of boho personality. We reworked the layout to create better flow and make the most of every inch, while finding clever ways to add the features a renter actually needs — including fitting a laundry unit into the bathroom space.

The result is a small space designed to feel open, functional, and inviting, proving that you don't need a huge footprint to create a really great place to live. ♡
